Honey Bee Tiered Tray Series Part I

As you may have guessed, I never tire of creating themed tiered trays. They are sooo sweet – like honey! And since honey bee decor is so on trend, I really want a bee tray! Luckily for us, Chalk Couture has some great bee themed transfers right now for our honey bee tiered tray!

I feel bad for the poor honey bees right now. As if they didn’t have a hard enough life, they are now at risk of being decapitated right in their hive by some crazy huge hornet that arrived here from Asia somewhere. Like we need anything else to add to our current Bizarro World! The Murder Hornet? Come on. I’m not even going to show you one cos, well, it gives me the Willies, you can google that yourself. But I will say…

For the first step in the series, I used the Bee’s Knees Collection- Home Is Where Your Honey Is transfer on a Chalk Couture 5×7 Box Frame! I used Black Velvet and Bumblebee Chalk Pastes. I purchased the Gold Glue Sticks from Amazon (https://amzn.to/3cXAvJz) and I purchased the bees also on Amazon (https://amzn.to/3d8vwGf). I am also using the Fuzzing Towel, Transfer Trimmers, Fine Mist Sprayer, Stir Sticks, Color Trays and Mini Squeegees.

Check out the video below to see how I started this honey bee tiered tray project.

Stay safe and chalk on!
