Here in South Jersey we are coming to the end of Strawberry season. The local farmers markets are running out of those juicy red goodies. No white insides here. I just can’t love them more. Whether it’s by themselves or on top of some good ol’ fashioned shortcake with whipped cream, they are by far the best most tasty lil nuggets of goodness I know.
