Make a Mask. Make it pretty.

It’s been official for a bit. Cover your face while out in public. Just to keep your own germs to yourself. And you know by now we like to chalk all the things. And your face mask is no exception. I’ve jumped on the mask making wagon, cos, well, it’s not hard to do and we need to have them. I found a way to make them using LuLa Roe leggings.

Let me preface this by saying a couple of things. First and foremost, these are NO substitute for an N-95 mask. These are not medical grade. This is merely to cover your face when you’re out at the grocery store or other public place. Also, this is a no frills creation. It is a great way to thin the herd so to speak of those worn out leggings or the What Was I Thinking style you bought and wore once.

It’s real simple and fun. With a few cuts and a quick hit with some bright white ink, a transfer that fits, like the Cute But Crazy or Rise and Grind, and a squeegee, there you go. That’s how you make a decent mask to cover your beautiful mug with some cuteness. You should probably slip something else in between the layers like a coffee filter or a mask filter. Stay Safe. Stay Home. Keep Chalking.
