Motif and Mudcloth chalk transfers and squirrel invasion continues

They’rrrre Baaaaack.

Yep. Just when we thought we had them licked and gone forever. (The Orkin guy took 3 away) And then, just after the hole was “sealed” up, I heard a noise that makes my skin crawl. Scurrying feet in my attic. <shudder> So Mike, cos I’m on a first name basis now, set another trap today. Hopefully this is the last episode of my furry nightmare.

Anywho, now that Christmas is over, I finally took down all my decorations in my craft cave, it looked so bare. Since I’m all black and white up in here, I thought for a bit and came up with a simple plan, patterned decor. Like this:

Pretty nice, eh? I thought so too. It was quick and easy with the Sylvie boards I had on hand. I used the Mudcloth and Motif transfers on our 18×18 Sylvie Chalkboards. I used Bright White Chalk Paste. I also used the Fuzzing Towel, Fine Mist Sprayer, 4 Inch Handled Squeegee, and Stir Sticks.

Check out the video below to see how I made this cool project.

Hopefully, the squirrel saga will soon be over. In the meantime, at least I can sit in the craft cave and enjoy my new decor; cos if squirrels DARE invade this space, it’s ON, you furry faced demon!
