Porch Sign Episode 3: Welcome Transfer

My final Porch sign post will be of the traditional welcome sign with an untraditional twist. It’s such an inviting word, Welcome. Come on in and hang out. Sit on the porch and have a coffee (or a White Claw) with me. This however will have a Halloween feel. I just know you want one of these for your own porch or entryway, and Chalk Couture has an easy way for you to DIY your very own slightly spooky sign.

So are you ready for how I’m going to do this? (I am so clever) I will be using the bones from the Spin Chilling transfer to create the letters WELCOME. I’m putting this on the back of my Be Merry sign I did for Christmas. Looks great if I do say so.

I used Bright White Chalk Paste and Papaya Chalk Paste. I also used the Fuzzing Towel, Self Healing Mat, Transfer Trimmers, Fine Mist Sprayer, Stir Sticks, and a Mini Squeegee.

Check out the video below to see how I made this unique project.
