Tip Tuesday Vintage Truck Variations you’re gonna love.

Two things I like in one project, The Vintage Truck and Buffalo Plaid transfers! This is an oldie but a goodie that I like to pull out of my bag o’ tricks. Because, you know, I love to buffalo plaid ALL the things, I gave this a whirl and I think it turned out great. My very own Vintage Truck Sign.

Don’t be afraid. Layer On.

Just do it. Experiment. Try different combos available to you. There are so many options with Chalk Couture patterns you can try with any design. Layering is a great method to use to customize your designs even further. You can check out that method in detail here and here.

Add it On.

Chalk Couture has made it super easy to customize even further by making what’s called an add on. An add on is a transfer that pairs with a general one, like the Vintage Truck, that contains design elements to add to the general one to kick it up a notch. This Winter Vintage Truck add on has some trees and skis and sayings, plus the buffalo plaid to layer on the bottom of the truck body.

There are so many outstanding possibilities with this add on. And Guess what? There is an add on for every season for this general transfer. Winter. Spring. Summer and Fall. Here’s how my creation turned out.

This will go great with any home decor, especially farmhouse. Check out the video below to see how I created this fun Vintage Truck Sign.

Buffalo plaid makes everything better! Stay Safe and Chalk On!
