Tip & Trick Tuesday: Transfer Trimmer – Not Just Pretty Scissors.

Tip & Trick Tuesday

It’s Tip & Trick Tuesday. Every Tuesday, I will try and make you aware of a useful tip or trick you might not know about to help you make the best of your Chalk Couture products. It might be about an accessory, or chalk or surface… whatever gem of wisdom and experience my little heart desires to impart to you. This week: the Transfer Trimmer.

The Transfer Trimmer. So pretty in its Couture Teal-ness. But it’s not just another pretty face, oh no. The Transfer Trimmer is the Goddess of Scissors in both form and function.

They’re so pretty…pretty useful!

Chalk Couture has this one down pat. What a great piece of equipment.

Handles. The handles are very comfortable. They are the same size, cos scissors, but feel smooth and are durable. Haven’t had any rough spots develop yet and don’t expect to so there’s that.

Blades. Sharp. Like Edward Scissorhands sharp. Be careful in handling and using them.

Ooo they are sharp, my friends!

The blades are slightly longer than other scissors, so you can make longer cuts and spend less time cutting. Also, best of all, they are silicon coated. Yea, so what, you ask? Here’s the thing: less to no sticking to your transfers! Cut that transfer with confidence with these babies. You won’t be trying to peel your transfer off like your shoe off a glue trap or shaking like a Polaroid picture in frustration.

And, finally there is that familiar happy teal color and branding we all know and love. Sufficiently logo’d and colored for your Chalk Couture accessories collection.

Have I convinced you? Go get yourself your own. Here.
